Dressed up Dogs

Jack loves to be dressed up in costumes, and he loves eating old slippers. Here he is sporting a nice witch costume for halloween which makes him look very grand indeed. Jack likes to cast spells over people to make them give him food. He especially likes scraps from the dinner table.

Jack also likes to read Harry Potter when he gets a chance.

Here is Jessie, she is sporting a very nice cap and crown and looks very noble indeed in her role as Queen Dog. I think this is one of the cutest costumes we’ve seen in a long long time. Jessie likes to drink tea and other fancy beverages, I kid you not. She could use the cap to wipe her mouth when she spills.

Presenting a happy 5 year old called Jake. He is dressed up as a lizard, and he is looking very fierce indeed. He is watching for some flies to catch with his tongue. Note he even has a matching dog leash !

Jake’s costume makes him look very smart indeed !

Here is Jasper the duck-dog. He likes to chase little ducks around the park, and he likes to use this costume as camouflage. Here as a little duckling he gets to play with all his friends and feels like one of the gaggle.

Jasper also likes to eat ducks, but let’s not say anything about that here

Willie the Wild West Dog can be seen sporting a nice cowboy hat and a cool pair of chaps.

Here you can see that Willie left his hair down for this event, and he even added a little handkerchief to finish off the look. Just after this photo was taken, Willie headed to the rodeo.

It’s not only people who have all the Halloween fun? Here is a picture of a dog, dressed up as an iPhone. I’m sure he’s the envy of all the other technology fanatical dogs. Here little rusty seems happy to be showing off the phone.

Maybe it could be the next advertisting campaign for Apple.

Here are some great examples as to why dogs bite people. Lots of people dress up their puppies for Halloween, but the rarely think that they may be causing great embarrassment to the pups. Don’t dress your dogs up in silly dog costumes ! Part 2 has be seen [here].

Every year I try to be better at carving pumpkins. Here is my design for this year.

It took about 10 minutes to carve out once I found a great template. Do you think it’s scary ? Jack made one and used an apple for the nose of a more happy pumpkin.

Paul is talking about dressing up as a Vampire again, last year he bought these Vampire Teeth, that look really realistic. Here is a picture to show just how frightening they are. What are your plans for Halloween ?

I asked Paul not to shave for 2 days before I took this photo…. just to make him look that little bit rougher. What do you think about his likeness to a vampire ?

Now I reserve the right to tell you what I did to the cat to get such a pose. It certainly wasn’t me shouting “cheese” for the camera. Angus our cat has a bit of a temper, and you should really smell his fish breath too. This cat almost always gets what he wants.
