Dressed up Dogs

Here is a dog that just weights 18 oz !

At just 4.1 inches tall and weighing 18 ounces, Dancer the long-haired Chihuahua may be the world’s smallest dog. The record is currently held by a Slovakian dog that measured 5.4 inches. Dancer will have to wait until he is a year old before applying for the title of world’s smallest dog.

This is not the first time we have featured some dogs dressed up as Super-Dog but it is the first time we have two dogs together in their capes. Here is Gonzo & Mike who are ready to fight crime and all those who don’t pick up dog poop off the street. Gonzo & Mike are a pretty good team, don’t you think ?

 Sadly Mike was distracted at the wrong time in this picture.

Rex likes the fact that he looks famous, and he likes to show off his likeness to the Target Dog. Sadly you can’t get dog costumes at Target, but you can dress as the famous dog. Rex added the bow tie for added effect, he said that the females out there dig it. Jessie in her Queen’s outfit and Rex would be a great pair !

Rex would like to thank Target for the inspiration, and to thank Mary for holding his head straight while he was getting the make up done. This look is a lot harer than it seems at first.

A few days ago we posted about Buster the lion king dog, well here is Topsy, she also dressed up like a lion, and was really excited about having the best dog costume. Little did she know that Buster would be around and that he would have a better one than her. Topsy likes to pout a little, and her we can see her almost about to cry.

Cheer up Topsy, there is always next year!

In full charging mode on the attack is Buster in a lion costume. He has his tongue out and wagging his tail as he approaches us. He doesn’t like his photo being taken. But we took the chance as we think he is super cute.

Buster likes to pretend he is a cat, but not just any cat, rather one of the most feared in the jungle.

Sam is seen here sporting the latest in sea life design, he is dressed or disguised as a lobster. He looks really cool, and harry potter in the background seems stunned. Sam uses this tactic of dressing up as sea food in order to catch as many cats as possible.

Sam likes to dress up when he can and he tries to blend in with his surrounds as much as possible.

Here is Mimi, who has some African-American blood in her. She has just come back from the dog hair dresser where she got a nice bee hive perm going on. Mimi thinks that when she is dressed up so nice and cute like this that all the male dogs out there will flock to her paws. Sorry Mimi, but we think your hair is ridiculous !

But we do thinks she has a really sweet smile and that dog scarf is cute.

Jack loves to be dressed up in costumes, and he loves eating old slippers. Here he is sporting a nice witch costume for halloween which makes him look very grand indeed. Jack likes to cast spells over people to make them give him food. He especially likes scraps from the dinner table.

Jack also likes to read Harry Potter when he gets a chance.

Here is Jessie, she is sporting a very nice cap and crown and looks very noble indeed in her role as Queen Dog. I think this is one of the cutest costumes we’ve seen in a long long time. Jessie likes to drink tea and other fancy beverages, I kid you not. She could use the cap to wipe her mouth when she spills.

Presenting a happy 5 year old called Jake. He is dressed up as a lizard, and he is looking very fierce indeed. He is watching for some flies to catch with his tongue. Note he even has a matching dog leash !

Jake’s costume makes him look very smart indeed !
