Dressed up Dogs

Here is Buddy, a dog that likes to dress up very much. Here he is in his running suite. It keeps his nice coat clean and dry and also helps him be more aerodynamic. The head scarf accessory is also pretty hand on rainy days. Do you dress your dog up when you are going out with them ?
Buddy looks a little sad here, but it’s because we couldn’t find his doggy socks.

There is a general recommendation that you don’t give pets human food. Dogs, cats and other animals have distinctive digestive differences and requirements. Foods like chocolate, sweets, or even just craps from your dinner table, should generally not be given to pets as their dietary system can’t deal with them. Even certain vegetables can be dangerous for animals.

That being said, here’s Gunner sleeping with one of his favorite toys, a bottle of Coke. Don’t worry his owner has never given his dog Coke or other fizzy drinks.

Sammy likes music, in fact he has his own set of ear phones to listen to the music he likes. Sammy also likes long walks in the mountains with his owners, and chasing anything that has 4 legs.

Do you know that there is a calming effect on dogs with music ? It’s been proved that both humans and pets do like the sound of melodic tunes. Animals don’t seem to be fans of lyrics, but they do like some good classical music.

The summer is on our door step, and Buddy, a lovely golden corgi is laying out in the sand, enjoying catching some rays. He loves playing in sand, so much so he even allowed us to burry him in the sand. We are not sure if he does it for simply the attention, or if it stops him from getting doggie sunburn. Either way it seems like he has a smile on his face.

Jeff is one smart pooch. Here is a picture of him studying to be a doctor, or should we say vet ? We think that the purple tie, really makes the outfit, sadly we didn’t get a picture with his dog glasses on. When Jeff isn’t studying, he’s into long walks along the beach and chasing rabbits in the back garden. His favorite color is purple (naturally) and he likes to eat pizza when he’s allowed.

Here is Eric, he’s likes to play around and to dress up. Today he’s sporting a cute dog costume, a banana. Not only is it practical (it has cordroy for the top of the banana, which is pretty robust), it’s also a great way to help find your dog when they go off running with other dogs.

Eric likes long walks with his owner Orna. He’s not a fan of being on a lead, but he’ll carry your newspaper (or anything else for that matter) in his mouth given half the chance.

Here is Simon, he’s 2 years old and loves wearing slippers around the house. This is due to the fact that when he goes out to play with other pugs, he tends to get his paws dirty. The doggie slippers are suitable for the winter for keep you dogs paws warm. Simon doesn’t really like his picture taken, but he does look cute, don’t you think ?

Don’t worry the slippers are fake and not made out of real pugs.

Here is Jason and his dog Ben. As you can see Ben is looking at some other website that’s not ours, but we won’t hold it agains him. Ben is just a puppy, but already knows when to be quite, and during law lectures at school is certainly one of those times. Some dogs don’t want to be left on their own, and Ben is one of these types. When he’s not attending dog school, he likes long walks, and chasing after his tail.
Are you allowed to bring your dog to class ?

Here is a dog that Martin spotted in down town Charlotte, NC. We are lost for words, we really are. The attention to detail on the poddle here is amazing, must look at the “wings”.
I’m sure it took a few hours to wash the dog after this !

If you love your dog as much as we do, you will know that the last thing you want for them is to have them being cold. In the winter time, many people decide to get dog costumes for their pets. These costumes are generally quite funny, while being pretty functional. If you think that a whole body costume is too much, then maybe you can consider getting a doggie hat. Here is Barley, he’s almost 1, and he loves having his hat on when he ventures out doors.
